add cleaner fix for disabling ability to move the panels, make sure we dont use the wrong thunderbird icon (TB trademark policies forbid to change it), make sure to have startup notification in OO.o launchers, make builder point to localhost IP (/etc/hosts might not be set up in chroot during build)
