Some Onboard layouts improvements:
- Rename "Full Keyboard" files to "FullKeyboard" to appease lintian. (LP: #1530527)
- Replace labels on layer buttons with svg images.
- Swap "₽" and "¢" between layer and popup on the symbols layer of the Phone and Small layouts.
- Replace "," with "„" on the symbols layer of the Phone layout.
- Replace B&W emoji with the new emoji system introduced in revision 2275 of trunk.
- Update metadata of svg files for the Compact, Full Keyboard, Small and Phone layouts.
