Tests: in Qt5, link against libsignon-qt5
libsignon-qt has been renamed to libsignon-qt5 for Qt5 builds; make sure
that tests are linking against the proper library.
Also, add a QMake dependency so that when "make check" is run, the test
application is getting (re-)built.
