- updated product_tax_include and sale_tax_include to a more recent versions. They causes errors when 5.0.14 was introduced
- textual corrections (english)
- german translations added/updated
- removed all other translations as the basis got so many changes (and we don't really need those, anyway) so they have to be translated anew.
