[FIX] When asking all the period on the current fiscalyear
excludes the openning period from the computing of debit and
credit amounts and only use it for computing initial balance
[IMP] switch from using method read to method browse which
is more efficient at retrieving values from the ORM, it was 
a poor implementation the one before this change, thoug it
needs further improvement.
