[ADD]:hr_planned_leaves:
The report for planned leaves gives:
- all the planned leaves (whatever their states (draft, confirmed, approved, refused)),
- the working days (as opposed to leave days)
- for one or more employees,
- for a specific time period (start date → end date)

The report is presented as a table/array for each month:
- the columns of the tables are the day of the month (1 to maximum 31),
- the lines of the table are the employees,
- if it is a working day for the employee, then the cell is hashed (black and white),
- if it is a leave day for the employee, then the cell has a background color associated to the type of leave.
