- Add support for the "official" Kettle parameters
- Removed support for old-style "not official" Kettle-connector-specific parameters
- Remove link from kettle.transformation to kettle.server (we keep the link from kettle.task to kettle.server)
- use os.path to manage paths
- Clean/update headers
- Code clean-up... more we still have a lot to do !
- Add help on some fields... but should should add it on all !
- remove some str(openerp_char_object), because we should never to that !
