[IMP] base_external_referentials: Cleaning and simplification of the external report logs.
Implentation of the external report logs for the imports (ext_import).
Synchronizations have to add the key 'use_external_report' in order to log the errors in log lines.
If there is no 'use_external_report' key in context, the errors will be properly raised.
