Install content of php subdirectory in the top-level directory of Zarafa web-access.

OpenERP side

Install this directory as a regular OpenERP module.
Configure OpenERP users: in the "Zarafa" tab, fill up fields as following:
- server : the url to reach zarafa web-access (eg http://zarafa.mycompany.com/webaccess)
- login : zarafa login of the user
- password : zarafa password of the user
- email : email address of the user
