[REV] remove colo usage from the makefile and get back to a previous mechanism (with 'init-repo').
Also use vars improvement from this branch: bzr+ssh://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp-dev/openerp-tools/trunk-makefile_vars_imp-abo/
