[MERGE] OPW 573018: tree view: prevent user from sorting non-stored function fields
* sorting on non-stored fields.function() / fields.related() will have no
effect because sorting in done server side using DB backend.
This is misleading the user, so we now prevent user from clicking on
column header in that case.
