[IMP] build_doc.sh: enable trunk build

      Trunk uses a different technique where the bulk of
      the doc is located in the OpenERP source code itself.
      This makes the detection of when to update the doc   
      different, but because it is so fast to build (no i18n)
      we simply build it every time, and avoid sending an  
      email for trunk successful builds.
