[FIX] Use simplejson 2.0.9 instead of 2.1.1 as there are problems with the loads method

In 2.1.1, simplejson.loads(...) returns a dict where keys are unicode
This does not work with **simplejson.loads(...), as only strings are allowed, not unicode
