Reworked List._layout_all_widgets with the goal of being more readable.
Fixed case where 'preloaded' is set to 0: it was missing a subwidget to be able
to display all the information at once.
Fixed losing widget focus when scrolling very fast in any list.
Fixed wrong display of an extra empty item at the beginning of fastscroller
list widgets when there is less than 8 shortcuts.
