* Merged changes of the last few days from various shelved states of code (none
ever committed).
* Fixed relationship mixin tests.

* Added setUp method for ease of configuring additional attributes.
* Moved child/parent methods into a mixin.
* Removed thing classes.
* Renamed event_collision to eventCollision and event_touch to eventTouch.
* Added constants for object sides.
* Updated the original example to work with the latest API changes.
* Updated the engine to use the player velocity modifier.
