- Changed the describe_image_attribute method to be a dispatcher.
- Added method calls for each of the possible attributes (the reason being that
  each attribute response has a differnt XML structure and each requires its
  own parser).
- Subbed parsers for each of the new methods.
- Re-grouped the ec2 client unit tests in the test_client module.
