* Added a little logic to DBUSService.
* Created a new service for exporting the dbus api and switched the
AccomplishmentsService to inherit from this one.
* Converted the daemon shell script to a .tac file and added code that
anticipates expected usage (not everything is in place yet, so it's not
testable at this point).
