Fix packaging to work with post-2.7 icon releases that no longer have -dark variant and ship all the stuff in toplevel directory instead of elementary/
(seriously? this? I've been bashing my head against a wall for two weeks trying to repack upstream tarball to ship all the stuff in elementary/ and this is the fix for the mysterious unrepresentable changes to source?!)
