Improved solution for issue #1005091

In the case where are options are used with an inet6 interface using the
auto method, the options would not be commented out via the previous
method.  Now the file is scanned twice, with the first run disabling
inet interfaces using dhcp and the second disabling inet6 interfaces
using the auto method.
