Use bzr export instead of cp -a in binary builder

As part of the binary build, the source directory was copied entirely to
the working directory using cp -a. The issue is that when the working
directory is a subdirectory of the source directory, cp(1) fails with an
error since it cannot copy the target directory.

Now it's using bzr export, which also avoid copying .bzr/ and other
useless files.
