Toolbox improved.

    * src/foiegras/windows/main.py: toolbox improved (icons left to the text,
    and the text is now aligned to the left as well).
    * src/foiegras/windows/main.py: focus given to TextView and cursor is set
    to the beginning.
    * src/foiegras/windows/main.py: MainWindow can open a default document by
    default.
    * src/foiegras/document.py: added get_view() method to Document.
