Add make test/ctest integration

Put the necessary test case discovery command and $GTK_PATH setting into our
build system, so that a simple "ctest" or "make test" will run the tests.

Directories in $GTK_PATH looks in <dir>/modules/lib<name>.so, thus create a
"modules" symlink during build.
