Fix bug #700465. Fill in data already in onStart() so cursor is not null when showing activity but not in foreground. Done in all activities. We might need to redo this same cursor stuff in onResume() if usage of activities becomes more complex. Also look out not to recreate bug if transparant dialogs are ever added to some of the now simpler activities.
