CMake: Add conformance_suite_micro

Rename conformance_suite_short to conformance_suite_mini,
to make the difference clear. Also renames conformance_suite
to conformance_suite_full, because running

  ctest -L conformance_suite

would pick up all tests (since -L takes a regexp) and it's
pointless to run short versions when running the full suite.
