* If the winning path includes two URLs which map to the same local
   destination file name, the download should fail.  (LP: #1250181)

Also:

 * Small change to the way the error message is constructed when an
   UpdateFailed signal is sent over D-Bus.  The new error string contains more
   information, including the name of the exception that got raised.

 * User defined exceptions should derive from Exception, not BaseException.

 * Add an internal DuplicateDestinationError to handle the bug fix.

 * When the cli exits with an exceptional condition, log the exception.
