Add worker thread to handle incoming DBus requests.
The worker thread can optionally coalesce multiple queued tasks (LP: #1369790)
DBusScreen uses worker thread to serialize requests that were previously dispatched without any particular order (LP: #1368786) Fixes: 1368786, 1369790
