FIX: get the old calling convention for MidiScriptEngine::connectControl to work.

  * Assign the ConfigKey to the MidiScriptEngineControllerConnection
    used to find the connection to disconnect for the old calling convention. 
  * Eliminate the MidiScriptEngineControllerConnection constructor.
  * Compare the ConfigKey in MidiScriptEngineControllerConnection for the
    equals operator.
