Introduced RadialWidget superclass, fixed some undo/redo-related bugs.

The pen and eraser tools were not verifying whether their current command was
null before trying to dereference; fixed that.

Also extracted a RadialWidget superclass from RadialMenu. It will be the common
superclass used to pass radial widgets around as the radialChild property of
menu items for showing. It will therefore also be the superclass of the upcoming
RadialSpinner class used for modifying pen widths.
