Major behavior change: Previously each thread would use the DNS name to
resolve the Mirror. The problem with this is that any inconsistencies
will cause the process to fail miserably, i.e. the apt meta-data may not
be the same between different archives in the archive's DNS name list.
To defend against this, the sync process will pick a single mirror and then
use _that_ mirror for all operations.

Fixed bug with delete delay deleting files too fast.

Styling changes to conform better with PEP8.
