First working version on the server. The server needs to have a reasonable amount of RAM and swap in order for the import not to be killed by oom-killer (hint: don't use t1.micro cloud images for testing). Switched to autoincrement serial ids for all inserts in the database, as specifing values for the initial insert made the database loose track of the last insert id value
