* fix LP: #259914 - prefs in ubufox extension override system prefs;
  to fix we ship /etc/firefox-3.0/pref/ubufox.js where admins can place their
  system prefs and link it properly to the global ubufox defaults
  preferences directory
  - add debian/ubufox.js
  - update debian/rules
