  - Add {hardy,intrepid,jaunty,karmic}-proposed distribution targets
    to dpkg-dev-el.
* Add lucid{,-proposed} distribution targets; drop out the karmic
  non-proposed target, since uploads to the release pocket are not
  permitted for stable releases.
