Minor alteration to the main Makefile.in to reflect the name of the multiphase binary being built. Some small changes to one of the test cases. Adding some more setup to the multiphase wrapper to initialise the timestep etc. This is to get ready for using the flml for input.   Tiny changes to the saturation search routine too, although some of this should really go in the input flml.
