Remove not required code that was added to this branch

Add a code that finds the porosity theta averaged field and
use this from the adv-diff routines to avoid duplication.

This should also be used in diagnostic fields in femtools and
the metric advection in error_messures. This would however require
adding Porous_Media to femtools which isnt a good solution.

make makefiles requires updating.
