Update of to take into account the cleanup of vtkfortran. This involves moving all the generic vtkfortran code out of femtools/VTK_interfaces.F90 and into vtkfortran itself.

This commit also cripples flintegrate. Flintegrate is using fossilised code which is a pain to fix and I don't believe it's currently used or maintained. If someone is using it then I may fix it. Otherwise I suggest we should seriously think of deleting it.

THIS COMMIT MAY WELL BREAK BUILDBOT. This is because it co-depends on a vtkfortran commit which I am putting in at the same time. It is tested and will hopefully pass once buildbot gets the svn versions in sync.
