Fix for channel_wind_drag_rotated which fails on some systems (ao. oneiric) - should always have had a reference_node.
Same fix for channel_wind_drag_parallel.
Not a fix, but cleaning up:
Deleting channel_wind_drag/ test as it only duplicates what is in the other 2 tests.
