- CSS:
   - Background color for #header-logo set to transparent (was #454546) so
     gray box doesn't show while the logo graphic is being fetched.
   - Tabbar links text highlight on hover.
   - Padding added to search content page (.searchresults).
   - Tweaks and additions to bring help maintain consistency with the
     main site themes.
   - Rules arranged into sections.
 - Toplinks added with current links pointing to spenglr.com, spenglr.org and
   the wiki.
 - Docblock special comments are now not hidden in generated documentation.
   (This helps identify the line a @todo applies to for example).
 - "Spenglr" tab moved to become the first tab with the rest following.
 - Docs regenerated.
