Move some functions to better homes. - AdoptWindow() is related to captive ctwm, so move it into captive.c. - Various Send*Message() funcs belong in various places, not in   menus.c.  In fact, most are only used once, and are 1-line   functions, so might as well dereference them.  Move the backend bit   of it into win_utils.c too, as it's not menu-related. - Many other functions in menus.c aren't menu-related and belong   elsewhere. 522		Cleanups in the event handling code. Cleanups in the event handling code. Break out the upper-level entry points like the initialization and main loop, and the lower-level util funcs from the meat of the per-event handler funcs.  Move a few other functions and vars previously in events.[ch] that weren't really event related to better homes.  Do some minor commenting and cleanup on them all.
