* develop:
  ChangeLog for ttylog v0.25
  Bump VERSION in ttylog.c to 0.25
  No need to explicitly add '-g' to DEBUG flags in CMakeLists.txt.
  Correct the NULL being added to modem_device to be '\0'.
  Change build default settings in CMakeLists.txt.
  Correction to code adding NULL to modem_device variable.
