Fix kernel command line to avoid inheriting boot=casper

On desktop environments, this rendered the resulting .qcow2 image unbootable as
it wanted to boot casper (and failed since it doesn't exist once the install is
finished).

This doesn't happen on servers which are by now the main use case so we hadn't
noticed this problem.

In the kernel command line, anything after the "--" is "inherited" by the
target environment.  Stuff before the "--" is applied anyway but will be
discarded once the install is completed.
