Port the flickr.py module to the new _publish() regime, i.e. Dee model.

* Rename Flickr.images() -> Flickr.receive()
* Ensure that the testing log mocker also uses {} style.
* Remove gwibber/utils/results.py and the tests; with _publish() we don't need
  this any more.
