Correctly handle the case where timeout=-1 and no keyboard is attached.

Previously refind would hang waiting for input from the non-existent keyboard.
This change correctly handles the status returned from EFI when ho keyboard is attached.

Further improvements to keyboard handling when timeout=-1
Changed status checking to avoid reliance on specific error codes from ReadKeyStroke
