[r=jason-hobbs][bug=][author=jason-hobbs] Backport of rev 2263. Cleanup some miscellaneous issues with third party driver support.
- Use whatever distro the node is configured to run, rather than hardcoding to trusty.
- Don't blacklist modules when third party drivers are disabled.
- Use the HTTP Proxy configured by maas when retrieving a udeb.
