[r=jtv][bug=][author=jtv] Don't include CSS lint check in “make lint” after all.  No idea why, but after I fixed all the CSS lint I saw previously, I now see a ton of new CSS lint.  All to do with multi-browser compatibility AFAICS, and may not be fixable.
