Added version.txt to centralise the version-number handling: it just needs to contain X.Y.Z (e.g. 0.3.2). Adjusted Makefile to read the release from version.txt and set it appropriately along with calling the inno compiler (iscc) and passing the version number to it. __init__.py adjusted to read the version number as was setup.py and installer/qbrz-setup.iss. Started debugging for the move / rename bug.
