Added sample configuration file to config/sample.cnf for easy reference
and setup.
Finished sandbox module and auto-creation of sandboxes, and corrected
the SLOC runner to use sandboxing correctly.
Main runner renamed to drizzle-automation to match documentation and
cleaned up a bunch of stuff in the main runner file.
