    * Changed license to GPL
    * Modified master.c to print GPL notice in epilog
    * Updated package documentation and default config.lpu (WATCH: modified swap-out time)
    * Copied source/Exit_Codes to lib/doc/driver/
    * Moved pwipe.sh and hwipe.sh from etc/ to etc/scripts/
    * A bit of rebranding and updating of items in lib/adm/etc/news/
    * Some cruft cleanup
