This patch adds a description field, default hidden, plus a javascript
:-( button to toggle the field exposure.

It does a query during the generation for each bug to get the desciption
which is horribly inefficient since we already queried the bug once when
we generated our list of bugs. Fixing this requires using an alternative
intermediate file format, one that won't get broken by the random text
included in a bug description.
