Added coverage exclusion markers for coverage analysis.

The lines in main() that catch an unhandled exception to print a message
to the user indicating an unexpected error are ones that, by their
nature, cannot be hit by a unit (or other) test since such because such
an exception would not escape to main() if we knew it was coming.
