* introduce --name parameter to specify symbolic name of a backup
* change --archive-dir expansion to look for %DUPLICITY_BACKUP_NAME%
* which in turn defaults to the args hash previously used for
--archive-dir and %DUPLICITY_ARGS_HASH% expansion
